Monthly and seasonal service plans are also available, with final pricing varying based on driveway size, access, slope, snowfall depth, and the areas requiring service.

Snow removal begins once the qualifying snowfall has ended or conditions allow safe and effective clearing. Properties are serviced according to established route order.

November 1 – April 15

Prince George's official winter parking restrictions run October 15 through April 15, which reinforces April 15 as a sensible end date. 

Early October or late-April snow can be handled at the customer's normal per-visit rate.

The City notes that driveway opening depends on the road/equipment being used and that loaders can sometimes follow graders 20–30 minutes later. Some residential roads do not receive driveway reopening after truck plowing. 

Policy:

If the City windrow is present when we service the property, normal clearing is included. A separate return trip caused by municipal plowing after our service is completed is an additional service.

These Contracts are seasonal that run from Nov. 1 to April 15.
